  The food and service does not match the new pricing. The so-called dining experience on Friday 20/5/2016 and empty tables says it all. They charge $25 for a piece of gristly steak, left out the gravy, didn't offer a steak knife, mashed chips in a hip Maccas basket, a kids menu that doesn't appeal to kids. When you visit the toilet with children mid-meal they take all your plates so you have to ask for replacements. Do yourselves a favour and spend your cash at another Ettalong restaurant.

  Charlotte I can assure you this has changed I am currently doing work experience there and I have never seen the chips to resemble mash and we have always supplied a steak knife to anyone who has ordered a meal with steak. If there was an issue maybe you needed to speak to the manager about this? Before doing work experience I always found their meals to be lovely and well priced. The kids meals I think are quite reasonable for example the nuggets and chips, what kids don't like this. I have also had a meal since starting my work experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it and everyone I have spoken to when collecting their plates have always commented on how nice it was. I also don't collect the plates unless they have been sitting there unattended for sometime. Friday during the day is also a quiet time as many attend for the members draw at 7pm and 9pm. As I worked last Friday night and it was packed out and the 10pm courtesy bus was overbooked and many have meals while waiting for the members draw.
